Meet the creative minds
behind the lens.
Josh Barnes
Josh lives and breathes film. A graduate of the film program from Portland State University, he spends most of his time either watching or creating any type of cinema he can.
Josh uses his vast knowledge of film and film language to create engaging and memorable stories for all sorts of final mediums. He has years of experience both behind the camera and behind the editing booth, so he always has the full project in mind, from shooting to the final edit.
Drew Schlichtmann
Drew originally studied outdoor education before pivoting into graphic design, then spent six years moving between web development, marketing, and leadership roles as a backcountry youth leader. That mix of technical skill, storytelling, and real-world leadership ultimately pulled him toward full-time media production.
Today, Drew brings that background into every project at Tiny Turtle Media. He approaches video production as both a producer and problem-solver by shaping stories, managing projects, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver clear, engaging visuals.
